The concrete is a low and even people like me without any building knowledge at all knows that what they did was ( actually ) impossible
It takes ages to dry and mixing it by hand is really hard to do!

I agree that this dead body / concrete / necklace story is totally ridiculous. I don't understand why they don't go to the only person on the square who would be likely to have experience of clearing up this sort of problem - Phil. He would know people who know people who can sort it out without them getting all sweaty and falling into holes, shouting and losing their jewellery.
