Can't help but think there'll be a lot of people annoyed at the portrayal of three people from mental health services knocking on the door late at night, within, maybe, an hour of a phone call from a neighbour, complete with ambulance, merrily taking a patient immediately to an empty bed in a presumably conveniently close-by mental health unit. I have no personal experience but I have a hunch that's quite far from the reality of the situation in this country, sadly.

Yeah the MH team turning up so quickly was completely unrealistic, especially in East London where MH units are completely over-run.

Very sad scenes with the kids:( Poor Amy. Why didn’t Ricky take Raymond to Phil’s rather than dragging him to a club in the middle of the night. Plenty of room at his dad’s now Kat and the boys have gone and I don’t think he needs to be left with distressed Chelsea or incompetent Jack.

It really is ridiculous the way the 6 (well the 4 at the moment) are always able to meet up for the emergency gatherings at a moments notice. Doesn’t Eve wonder why both Stacey and Suki keep randomly leaving the house at the same time at all hours.

Def something extremely sinister about Johnny. And I’m constantly distracted by his flaring nostrils.

I still don't see where the writers can go with this - 6 of the biggest characters all involved in a murder and concealing the body really was a daft idea, given the lengths they're pushing the story to. And I def don't see it lasting until the big anniversary. Also remember, Nish is totally on to them, and various characters have commented on how much time the 6 are spending together.

Although Nish doesn't know one of them killed Keanu. But I agree I don't know where the story is heading...then again surely with this being a soap the body will be uncovered at some point. I said at Christmas that in hindsight it was obvious the killer wouldn't be a 'lifer' so looking back it was always going to be either someone a bit expendable (Suki or Linda). If this or a similar story had happened five years ago or more, I doubt Linda would have been chosen as the killer as she had more of her family around her. I'm guessing when it all inevitably comes out, she'll confess and keep quiet about the others involvement then it's bye bye to Kellie Bright.

In EE land everyone has immediate access to hospitals, GPs, solicitors etc as there are no waiting lists there. Just as house sales, businesses, jobs and rentals are all sorted immediately, in cash. No repercussions for murder, theft, kidnap or crime of any sort. It's a paradise.

Yes I was a bit sceptical at the mental health team just turning up like that . I think usually things do come to a head or crisis point in these cases. With Dee it was going missing that triggered it.It has been coming on a couple of months now.
In my own case I was asking for help for months from the GP referred to a mental health health centre but they didn’t think I was that bad. I was .Not long after left home aiming to jump in the nearest canal. I made my way to my mums house she had dementia and after my DP tracked me down an ambulance turned up and after all day in A & E I was sectioned. It’s a shame there is not better care before these crisis point. One dr I saw before the breakdown said anxiety was a lifestyle choice . Honestly they have no clue 😡

Agree that the character of Johnnie has been completely rewritten. He was a gentle soul first time around. How old is baby Charli?? She can sit up already? Is she six months or over? Nice little thing x

Oh, so sorry you had to go through this. Rather bizarrely that was pretty much exactly what happened to me, the whole before, during and after, right down to a specific doctor remarking in a similar fashion right after a full on breakdown, only it wasn't about anxiety but in the area of just false bs - ie kept eye contact, presented well...blah...even tho I was almost catatonic by this point and also had someone with me for "back up" who could dispute.

So, yeah definitely not an accurate representation.

The trouble is they just want to stick you on drugs rather than anything else . I had issues with medication as my dad had got hooked on tranquillisers for years . Although in the end I definitely needed the medication!
I remember switching in and out of the state . And remember one Xmas day my DP collapsed crying on the floor as he couldn’t cope with me any longer . That pulled me out of it and I remember comforting him saying .It is ok I am ok .
Meanwhile at night I would be chanting. Talking to myself . So scary.

Johnny is like Todd in Corrie - was a lovely quiet gay man coming to terms with his sexuality - then went off to Manchester to study to be a lawyer and came back evil and cunning! Todd went to London and was a totally different character when he returned.

The six would have the book thrown at them in real life , if only for illegally burying a dead body without permission ( for starters!) and that's being kind. Depends on the DNA they might find too as well as D's necklace etc etc.

I think Johnie has found the meat thermometer so he can frame someone to save his mum, maybe Denise as she isn't speaking sense and no one will believe her protestations of innocence. Once she's been framed for murder and completely unraveled Ken will alive himself !
