I think Dee visiting him is completely unrealistic but maybe he’s the only person she can confess to since he’s already done such awful things and won’t judge her. I do think that if Keanu had managed to pull himself out of that tarpaulin and walk off we would have seen him by now. I doubt he is still alive somehow , they must have seen some glimpse of him when they did the concrete and they said it really smelt etc.
