I've just finished watching this and enjoyed it a lot depsite some huge plot holes.

I don't understand something though and wondered if I'd missed something which would explain it. How did the nanny & her boyfriend (or how did Judith) know about the camera in the picture frame? Maya told the nanny about it AFTER seeing Joe on the video on the SD card. Was Eva somehow involved in the setting up of Maya? Maybe all this was explained, if so, I missed it!

I think nanny's BF was on cam, wearing Joe's clothes and shoes and they grafted AI of Joe's face onto him to fool Maya. Set up by the family and nanny and BF paid off. .

I understood that part, but how did they know the cam was even there, to then use it to set her up?

Thank you! I was searching all the spoilers for the answer to this last night. Maya's best friend gave it to her and it was secret cam, if the nanny didn't know it was there how did Judith etc 🤔

Oh I'm glad it's not just me! I really thought I was either being a bit stupid, or I'd sneezed and missed a bit of the plot 😂

So annoyed by this too! Even went back to watch the bit where she got it! 😣. They just seemed to forget the Ava/Eva character 🫣🫣🫣.

I wonder if it's explained better in the book

Also the half sibling / boyfriend from France story line didn't really go anywhere either. But yes the friend with the nannycam and linking back to Judith wasn't covered in the plot on TV.

YES! I've just finished it and had the same thought!

I couldn't understand this either!! The easy fix for this to make sense would have been if Eva said that Judith forgot to give the nannycam to Maya at the funeral as a gift to remember Joe by.

And Judith ended up with one on her bookshelf too at some point.

I agree, an easy fix would definitely have been for Judith to have bought one for herself and for Maya to remember Joe by.

Yes why did she have loads of those frames

Well I assumed maya took hers there as part of setting them up

I’m confused as to Shane’s involvement in all this- why did he put a tracker on her car (the scene where her car alarm went off and she went out to turn it off) was he also working for the Burketts?

I thought Judith bought her the frame

I wondered this too!

Just finished binge watching and was wondering the same thing.
Was there a connection between the friend who gifted the frame and the Burketts ?

I thought he had deliberately set off the alarm to check she was looking after her daughter as when he's previously knocked she hadn't heard Lilly crying. I missed him putting the tracker on.

I was also confused by Shane and why he was hanging around menacingly outside her house at night.

I also have so many questions and yes the frame. And why did so many of them have them.

Why did Judith say Caroline was in a psych ward when she wasn't. And did Caroline even know about what was happening.

Shane, wasn't he the chap with the hat on earlier in the series then again planting the tracker.

And I don't understand one bit of the step brother, how was this whole part relevant to the series. It seemed to make it drag on. Because good grief, it certainly dragged on. It could have been at least 2 episodes shorter.
