Not been avoiding this thread just busy! @the80sweregreat yes Jane did love Ian. Even though she came across as a bit of a doormat in the end.

I noticed that. I did wonder if it was a bit of nepotism there re the daughter’s opportunities.

Actually you’re right. I don’t know of that many wheelchair using actresses but there must be some.

I bet George had wished he had stayed in Spain ! It sounded idyllic in comparison to Walford with its murders and being closer to his horrible dad as well as finding his long lost love Rose. Marbella was a piece of cake

I wondered if there was a Yolanda - George link as well. There must be a reason for her conversation with Whitney. When a character who has never mentioned their back story suddenly brings it up that usually means they are leading up to a storyline around it.

I don’t think she’s his mother though. Grandad Racist said the parents were African (but also said he didn’t know because “African, West Indian it’s all the same thing”🙄).

Maybe Zach and Whit both leave? It’s a bit ominous the way she is saying oh I can’t do this without you, you will be an amazing dad etc. Surely they can’t kill him off as well!

Lauren is winding me up the way she doesn't listen to anyone and Sonia is so wrong to tell her about Annie. What a cow she really is.
Dee's remark about ' not getting her full eight hours sleep ' was funny too !
So, Nish is awake .. where will they put Ken now ? The spooky woods , digging a 6ft deep hole in heels ?
I hope they get found out as all of it is so wrong

I totally can't stand Elaine...I think they are trying to copy Angie Watts with the character and failing miserably
Why keep Elaine in ,and get rid of the best Ben Mitchell ever ,is totally beyond me.
EastEnders will regret getting rid of this Ben ,he fits the character like none of the other Ben's did .
Nish is clearly going to wake up ,and remember exactly what happened,and to keep his silence on the 6 ...he will force Suki to go back to him and have nothing to do with eve...the other 5 will say Suki has to go back to him to shut him up .

No, I can totally see the situation where Nish remembers everything , yet blackmails Suki into staying on otherwise she'll end up ' going down ' with the other five

Eve will get upset and they will split up (again )
Nish will have to be killed I suppose ?

I'm upset about Ben , but they will probably just get a new head or he'll leave and never be seen again
It is sad as his a very good actor

The actor who plays Ben is really good in the role, he owns the part I think and is very convincing. It’s a real shame they’re getting rid of him.

I really think EastEnders needs to reconsider ending his contract,they are going to have very few good actors left at this rate ...it won't feel like EastEnders if people haven't got used to the newcomers and they end up in the majority.
There's been a few times in the past I've stopped watching it , because the storyline got rediculous,I can see me going the same way with current changes

The baby swap storyline between kat and Ronnie Mitchell,I thought was rediculous and I stopped watching then for about a year ,then the two Mitchell women dying on their wedding day in the pool ,again ,I gave up watching at that point ...
I know it's not real , obviously...but sometimes I feel they take the piss by pushing how far they can go ,and thinking people watching will stay loyal

They’re getting rid of him apparently due to his repeated bad behaviour off screen. I saw an interview where he’d won an award (sexiest actor?) recently and he seemed ok but a bit blase about the character. If he cleans up his act I can see him
in other roles but this one must be demanding on his psyche.

How does Sonia and Whitney know about Annie? Only getting back into EE- sorry!

When Stacey was talking to Linda and holding Charli, it was so obviously a doll it was laughable! She looked as though she was holding a bundle of blankets with legs.

Absolutely, and as I said earlier either in this thread or the previous one, it’s crap because Jessie Wallace has done far worse over the years yet she’s been given repeated chances. But perhaps there’s stuff going on we don’t know about.

When Stacey was pottering about with Rubber Arthur in his sling she was bouncing him about so much a real baby would've hurled !

Sarah on the 2005 Eastenders looks so much like Julia from Motherland, I had to google to check it wasn't her!

She really does!
