I was totally unaware re. the whole history of 'farming' for starters, but obviously its not the whole story here!

Good point @Southeastdweller .. Georges dad is clearly a racist bastard, so dont quite understand how George was raised by him, and is still in contact!

I'm surprised I haven't heard of ' farming ' children before. I feel quite ignorant, but maybe this storyline might educate me a bit.
The Carter clan had an entirely different set up in Clacton , but it's all really sad and grim and hard to think that babies and children could just be seen as commodities to share around :(
Obviously the parents have even bigger secrets as well. It'll probably be quite sad.
( as it was with Mick Carter and his experience in care and fathering Rose / being abused etc)

Penny really does need locking up for being that dim that she thought the old 'please don't hit me any more officer' routine would work in a police station, particularly one where her dad works!

I was actually quite touched by the scenes with Whit and Yolande and sooo glad she's going to keep the baby, it was nice to see Zac actually support her decision even though he didn't agree with it, it would've been much more on brand for him to go crazy and threaten to leave her! Maybe for once the writers will be kind to Whitney?

It seemed ridiculous Penny trying that line but she has such contempt for the police , understandably as her disability is a result of her dipstick dad's work. She'll do anything to try to impede the process!

It's only a guess , but I bet they filmed a lot of these recent episodes out of any kind of order , as they feel a bit disjointed just now

They just rotate stories, they have to with such a big cast, but as much as I’m quite enjoying seeing the Penny and Jack relationship unfold, I’m looking forward to seeing what happens with ‘The Six’.

In real life , Nish would have cracked on by now with planning for the new properties at the old cafe.
I guess all that takes a while , but he would have visited the site to inspect the project with builders and things , it's a big old change for that area and must have 101 rules.
As it is, his in hospital still, Suki is still around and nobody has smelt anything unusual

I'd like to see more of Chelsea and Felix and Bernie , esp now she's living there with them.
Felix is very under used , maybe a new love interest for him?
The six will probably just hang about looking guilty and hoping that Nish dies or loses his memory.
