Surely Amanda didn't quit solely because she didn't get along with Gio? Imagine if we all quit our jobs every time we found ourselves at odds with a colleague. Strictly only lasts a few weeks and is very well paid; I can't believe two professional people couldn't have found a way to work through their differences and get to the end. There's got to be something else.

I would find that hard to believe! Gio is a pro, he's worked successfully with lots of different celebrities and always got the best out of them. Amanda, too is hardly a naive stage shy amateur.
I suspect the truth is more prosaic - it's a health issue.

Men can and do feel threatened over so many things it is true. Women too.

Amanda’s husband has given no indication of jealousy/ill feeling - he has just came across as being proud and supportive.

There is no suggestion that his male ego is fragile at all and to suggest this is down to him being in a wheelchair is distasteful at best.

As for the clever clogs comment? A bit unnecessary.

And a bit rich when you seem happy to repeat pish from the well known credible sources of the DM, Twitter and Tattle.

I don't think they were particularly "slight" given some of the comments I've heard in soft focus magazine style interviews over the years.

@bbq1 it is being mentioned on many forums...I don't think she would just quit...it is not a shocking thing to say it's factual and a possibility that is circulating widely.

Jonathan's a hunk. You can still have sex if paralysed so I'd happily do the horizontal tango with him or a lap dance. Gorgeous man and they seem very happy together. I'd have loved him to have competed alongside.
