Well Suni and Nina were wearing poppies. Were they the new type?

The one earlier in the week(teacher with pupil who was excluded) wasn't. But there were stemmed ones on our local RBL stall today.

Yes, I read that there are still stocks of the old poppies, so we’ll have to let them off.

Personally I don't mind which type they are, but it was funny seeing them when, as noted, Al's tulips are in bloom. Or is that leading up to a climate change issue story? 😀

Eerilydecorated, we have some miniature tulips blooming in our garden at the moment! They seem to think it is Spring. I would have taken a picture but am embarrassed by the weeds!

Yes, I saw a few weeks back that that was why she was leaving. It does seem a bit strange- when she joined , it seemed like a long term thing (and there was no indication that the show was being axed then, so it's not like she knew).

I won't really be sorry to see her go.
