I think Janette had hoped he may get to do co-presenting with her at some point. He was in Matilda musical movie apparently but scenes were cut out.

What are AJ and Curtis Pritchard up to? Not seen them since the Hollyoaks debacle.

Even when they're not on TV, some of them have stage shows, some own dance schools, and Oti Mabuse is hot property being the judge of The Masked Dancer as well as Dancing on Ice, modelling for Bravissimo, hosting the odd BBC Radio programme and she and her husband teach dance classes.

Aljaz and Janette have their own show coming up, Dancing In A Winter Wonderland. Not sure how they’re managing that with a new baby!

I think AJ thought the brothers thing was going to pay off I've only watched a hollyoaks clip and it was just awful.

I remember him when John was on the Bake Off — he was studying to be an architect and did all proper scale drawings for John's gingerbread coliseum. (I wanted James from Shetland with his woolly jumpers to win.)

I never watched Bake Off back then so have only seen John on Steph's packed lunch & then SCD - i quite liked him although he's a bit too serious for me but i do now feel for his fiancé given the number of affairs John has said he's had.

Unless they have an open relationship, the poor bloke needs to get some self respect & realise he can do better.

Marriage could be either a youthful misunderstanding or a visa issue (there was a lot of that in international dance in the old days, but obviously it's a criminal offence so you can't ever own up to it)

They seem very sweet about each other in some early interviews, so I always assumed it was a later change of heart. They do also mention visa issues in this one though. The samba at the end is amazing!

Oh yes @xsquared I know Oti is really busy, but then she is exceptionally charismatic and well spoken, isnt she? ( my favourite female pro) I worry about some of the others! It's such a crowded field.

Funny how Katya and Neil Jones' marriage fell apart after a certain number of years too, isn't it?

They even used to get married to save money so they could share hotel/BB while competing it seemed to be common.
