I think the issue Keanu has is that he doesn't want Sharon buying it for him. If he had the money himself, he would have been happy to have it. Her being much older and more successful/financially secure than him is effecting his male ego and pride. He has said repeatedly that he wants to provide for his family, whilst in reality it is her that is doing that!

Yes, that was nice and Lexi is a great little actress . Ben looks so poorly , not that DI Highway has noticed his eating disorder or even guessed. If I ever need a detective for anything , I hope he isn't investigating it.

I think it was the fact that the Lola's death was put in the thread title on the day she died. Usually plot is discussed in the thread, but not in the title in capitals. Usually if someone hasn't seen the episode they avoid reading the thread, but it's harder to avoid a thread title. It was just unfortunate that the new thread coincided with Lola's death on the same day. The same thread title a week or so later wouldn't have mattered so much.

I've lurked and posted on these threads for years, know how this non-spoiler thread works, and I agree with a pp that I'm grateful to Blondes for hosting the EE threads, and feel it's a bit off to complain about something so inconsequential.

Perhaps there should be 'trigger warnings' about some thread titles 'some viewers may find upsetting' 🙄.
