I agree. i really liked iqra as a character. Under utilised, bit like Finlay. I'm not sure why they brought him and Felix in as they don't have much of a storyline. I'd like them to give Vinny a decent storyline too.

George and Elaine don't seem to have a lot of chemistry imo despite all their talk about how much they 'love' each other. I've just realised who the blonde daughter reminds me of and it's the CGI doll Connie in the Argos advert. Similar acting abilities too. Linda made a mistake in confronting George straight away with her evidence, he could be dangerous.

Oh I love the Argos doll. Not sure why as it just enhances the idea that all women should look like this , but I just think it is a cute ad.
I don't mind Anna and Tyson , but she looks so messy all the time , not that I'm a fashionista myself! Is this how the young dress these days ? At least Gina looks a bit more groomed and tidy.

I ADORE Freddie and Bobby - they are just on the right side of being daft but cute, as opposed to caricatures.

I love Eve, but I HATE how she goes all sultry with Suki, it's like cringing over a parent being lovey-dovey. It also makes it feel a bit like it's only about the physical side of things, as we don't really see them having a laugh

I'm not keen on Eve and Suki.

Freddie can be a bit bitchy sometimes too

I think it’s because it was in the title - someone could have been on here looking at other things and avoiding the Eastenders thread if they hadn’t watched yet, but seen it in the title.

Possibly. Though Lola being dead, and in that timeframe, will not have come as any surprise to regular EE watchers or thread lurkers/posters. 😀 It was expected, so I think it's fine.

Just to remind people that we have an EE spoilers thread on telly addicts.
It's not hugely used, but as the episodes are now on I player each day, it gives an a chance chat before it's aired at 7.30 pm.
Many thanks to blonds for the normal thread where we don't discuss anything until after it's been on tv.
It's a lovely thread and nice to share views and have a chat and a laugh about our favorite soap, which sometimes can really be silly , unrealistic and also excellent in equal measure !
However , I watched the soap awards last night and it seems the other ones have even more dramatic stories than EE!

What happened to Suki? Did Nish hurt her? It looked like she'd fallen down the stairs!
