I do remember Dennis dying. It was sad and Sharon absolutely adored him , it was a proper love story that one , bit like Kush and Whitney.
If they are properly in love, it nearly always ends badly :(

Not a spoiler but I would bet money on one of those girls having an ex boyfriend show up with a tan and a lot of trouble ; it always happens when new characters show up other people follow them over as well. Usually not for long !

I wonder what the deal is with George’s ex/the girls’ mother. The ditzy daughter unpacked a jewel box or something that belonged to their mum and other one said you’d better not let dad see that. Which means she will probably turn up in a Black cab at Christmas and cause mayhem just as Elaine has declared “this will be the best Christmas everrrr”

So there must now be 4 bedrooms in the Tardis Vic. Elaine and George in one room, the girls in another, Linda in the third and Ollie + invisible Annie in the 4th.

Btw did anyone else notice amidst the dramatic arrival of Ben, him stopping the car and falling to his knees in the street, then eventually Kathy and Callum saying let's get you inside, leaving the car abandoned in the middle of the road with the engine still running! Can just imagine how many horns would have been blaring at blocking the road, not to mention someone would have made off in the car in a flash lol!

I thought Ben was in a cab but I didn’t watch the scene properly as I find him so annoying, dramatically falling down and sobbing so making everything about him as usual🙄

How did he get into the US with his criminal record anyway. Also Jay mentioned he spent “tens of thousands” on the consultation. Was this money from Phil’s never ending safe because I thought he was broke.

I also thought it was bizarre when he finally bothered to go and see Lexi and said “you must be devastated”. Nah Ben, she’s been doing cartwheels. What a stupid thing to say. I hope Jay somehow gets custody.

Ben's car was blocking the road and I was worried that the transport that had for Lola would be stuck there.
I suppose Callum must have moved it.
It must be all priority parking there too as Reiss had a ticket the other day and that close to a main line station is a mare for parking anywhere , especially in London! Yet they seem to park where they like ' round the back'
No mention of getting the daily permits from the council at a cost.

I suppose Callum meant he spent money on fares getting to the US and back plus a consultant fee or something, but it sounded a lot of money to waste.
I know that the actor wanted to be written out for a while as his friend died in real life last year from the same thing. They could have had him just say goodbye to lola and then sort of in the background, but I suppose it's difficult as his Lexi's dad. Must have been hard for him.
Phil will be skint at this rate , he has a Christmas wedding coming up soon too!

I don’t think the mother is dead. They don’t actually say that! I think George said ‘they lost their mother’ but something else they said (maybe about the jewellery box?) made me think she wasn’t.

I also think Ben has sold the arches for the money for Lola/America. He was having a mysterious phone call with someone just before he left.

Yes. I think he's sold it to Nish, which is why he was being even more of an arrogant prick about Lola dying and Ben being away!
