Indian desserts are where I part company with Indian food! They are very often a bit heavy and sweet after a meal.

Love how it's not just one restaurant in Chariya's plans, but several.

I do think all three of these are capable of earning Michelin stars if they keep doing what they're doing. They're very inventive.

We had Bulgarian doughnut thingies. They were delicious.

The one ice-cream I make (because it's bloody easy and you don't need any special equipment) is Mary Berry's rum and raisin ice-cream, made with condensed milk. I've been making it for a few years and I'm not exactly a groundbreaking cook.
