I'm really not sure if I can bear another series if it's going to be as vacuous as the last few.

The biogs don't fill me with any optimism - what the producers choose to tell us about them is so superficial that I think it's going to be crappy again. I might dip in for some if DD is watching.

Hoping the uk takes notice of the French love island popularity on TikTok, just seems so much more natural, similar to the uk early seasons without the alcohol and sex. The girls seem to be allowed to cover up if they want and they appear to be allowed to have fun without the micro managing of the producers

Just seen on the app you can vote for the first couple. You vote which boy to be coupled up with Catherine. Wonder if this is strategic by the producers to avoid the often seen nobody stepping forward for certain girls?

Votes not working for me when you get to the final couple it doesn’t save.
it’s also super annoying as they expect you to know which girl is which, without a photo. I was going between the app and insta so I knew who was who!

Yeah I think the idea is that they all meet each other first, get an idea for who they like and then get told, actually, the public has voted and this is your couple! To try and mix it up/bring the drama earlier etc
