I enjoyed the first episode. Already more entertaining than last year with dry Gemma and thirsty Ekin and Davide. I never got the appeal of Ekin.

The fact they are having to spell it out how they switched it up just shows how sad it is that they prefer to stick to the same shit for years.
It's the fact its so scripted is why the ratings were down the pan.

I preferred the first part before the coupling, I’d much prefer no coupling for at least three day. Jurys still out for me but I always dislike the first week. Liked that Molly and Ellie had little wraps on, each season I’m getting more annoyed at having arses in my face especially as my tv is getting bigger each year.

I don't know how I missed this was on! I suppose I have been avoiding the trashier news sites and Mumsnet because I've had enough of the Phil and Holly hysteria. Only one episode to catch up on though and I know I'll get sucked in to the immensely tedious yet somehow weirdly addictive world of Love Island. One hundred per cent.

The black couple seem decent and I hope LI audience don't do the normal LI audience thing where it seems black people get voted out Early.

The guy that Jess was with I don't know his name but there was something about him I didn't like.

The bombshell guy and to be honest a lot of the guys are girls in there are plain looking IMO. There's nothing wrong with that per se and in ways its refreshing but didn't LI used to be lots of absolutely stunning people? I haven't watched too many series but that's what I'd heard.

I've decided I hate the public voting for initial couples. It can make people worry they'll piss off the voters if they don't get along. And add an extra layer of fakeness.
Totally agree with giving them 2 or 3 days and then coupling up.
