Have just finished watching all the Australian series on Prime.

It really pays off to watch they all in order, because a number of contestants are reoccurring so having watched previous series adds to understanding the character building.

I have to say that I found Brain v Brawn awful. I can't stand George and eventually gave up on the series because I couldn't stand him that much. Dreadful man and totally hammed up. He totally ruined it. He was better in Heroes v Villains but I still would have preferred the series without him as his character just dominated so much to the detriment of the other characters and I couldn't stand those who fawned over him. Honest to god I don't know how no one murdered him in his sleep or didn't just decide to walk off a cliff rather than spend another day with him.

My favourite series were Champions v Contenders (second one) and I loved Blood v Water particularly as it was simply the most satisfying watch for me. I have no idea why others don't like it. But it's crucial to have watched the all the series in order to fully appreciate each series. Watching either without having seen first appearances of certain contestants really would have lost context.

Luke is by far my favourite contestant (desperately trying to avoid spoilers for Australian Traitors as a result!).

@RedToothBrush we also gave up on Brain v Brawn because I couldn’t stand George . We are currently on Blood v Water .
