But it was beautifully done and a tear jerker

The actor who plays Ben has lost a fair bit of weight , you can really see it on his face .
He would've been tested for HIV after being raped by Lewis I'm sure but it must've hit a nerve hearing about Zac's status .
Ben went through a very wild indescriminate period and even Kathy winced when he said he was basically going out for a no strings One Night Stand (on many occasions ) he was split from Callum at the time .

Poor Ken though trying his hardest to provide the funds for Albies christening . He's going to get into huge trouble , Ravi will throw him right under the bus .
I know Ken wanted the Christening but Sharon is putting the pressure on just because she wants her ex fiance to perform the Ceremony .
Sharon's never out of that church is she ?

Maybe him and alfie who doesn't seem to work - could do and get a job outside of the square 🙀🙀🙀😂😂😂

Poor Ken he has very little brain to engage,so of course he's going to be doing dodgy Ravi work to pay for a christening!

Imagine if Alfie , Ken and Freddie got a dodgy job together .

Aside from the fact Jack married Ronnie Mitchell , had a baby with Roxy Mitchell, had a baby with Sam Mitchell and his wife had a baby with Phil Mitchell , their lives as very complex even without Chelsea and Dee who have Jack and Ravi ( well a kiss and a thought with Dee ) in their entanglements !

I had a search , apparantly Chels was on a dodgy date at Lauren's birthday party , Jack came to her rescue .
He gets shot ( I don't remember this at all) .
They must've been together for a while though , Clelsea thought she was pregnant , but Jack decides he wants to get back with Ronnie
Chelsea wanted to keep the baby but it was a false alarm.

Don't know if Denise knew though.

Yes the EE gene pool is particulary murky as no-one seems to go off the Square to find their partner or spouse .

Only one I can think of was Melanie who came back with A Random Bloke who turned out to be Roy Evans secret lovechild . (I mean that happens all the time yeah?)

Then when she came back with husband Ray Kelly who is the brother of Ciara Maguire (ex wife of Aiden who was in prison with Phil )
Though the Mel/Ray/Ciara connection isn't as convoluted as IIRC Mel and Ciara worked together as well.
But of course out of all the prisons in London, Aiden was in with Phil Mitchel.
And we all know Mel and Phil had history .

Otherwise they just seem to randomly match up like a gentlemans' excuse me .

Though Ravi has been out and about with a couple of unknown women but probably too complex for them to be a known character .

I wonder if we'll get other episodes inside the actual family therapy. Or if that was just a one-off device for Roxy to appear.

Because I'm guessing Ricky will be the most in need soon.

Perhaps EE could have a serious spin-off show featuring a different Albert Square family for different issues. That could easily cover every difficulty known to man!

It'd actually be very interesting to see how a real life therapist would handle, for instance, such a rare and shocking scenario as 12-year-old Ricky and Lily's impending parenthood.

And with Jean, Stacey and Martin sharing their real feelings about it, instead of all the surface cheeriness. Sam linked in via video call. Jack visibly uncomfortable, glowering in the corner.

I'd definitely watch that.
