That was all a bit boring. Like the series this year :(

How come so few of them were back for the final?

Really dont like Rochelle’s outfit on the Tom Allen show. And I hate criticising what people choose to wear!

I don't like the white trousers but I think the colour and sparkle on the top really becomes her.

Freemasons Hall, hmm wonder how Baroness Brady felt about the shared values speech. Women aren't exactly welcome are they, nor I suspect are people of colour!

Just caught the end of main show. I’ve been ambivalent about the series. It would need changes in the shoe for me to watch next year.

. I can’t understand how they took the decision the Your hired/Fired programme is more important than the news. It’s fine on BBC 2

I think Lord Shugs is ambivalent too hence he decided to stay in Florida and skype in!

Was impressed with Marnie but not sure the average person wants to learn boxing or pay for it.

Just caught up. It was hard to see who he was going to pick at the end.

I hope there's another series and that they shake it up a bit so it gets good again.

I’d like to see a new series with a better range of tasks.

I live near the bakery started by the winner from a couple of years ago. It closed down last week.

Was that Carina? That’s a shame. I liked her.

Unfortunately loads of bakeries have closed down recently because of increased costs of fuel and ingredients, it doesn't mean it was a bad business.

I would love an update on how Marnie's business develops.

I think Marni is a worthy winner. She spoke passionately and had a very clear vision for her business.

I do think there is a gap in the market for this type of gym but what I do worry is how you manage to remain a friendly environment when it is scaled up.

I used to really enjoy this, but the standard this year has been terrible. I have no idea why Victoria made it to the semi final. She was absolutely clueless about how she would sell her sweets. A shake up is needed!

The way it was presented, Rochelle didn't need the investment in order to expand her business - it has been running profitably for many years, so she has the experience and the money to open up another salon (and when Sugar asked why she hadn't done this already, he didn't get a straight answer).

I'd say it was the opposite in Dough's case - too much competition. Several other coffee shops and bakeries in the same vicinity, some of which are better. It was good, but not the best of them (in my view). Shame. I liked Carina.

Has anyone else noticed how the final 'You're Fired' has been really dialled down from the old days? It used to be an hour-long event with lots of input from all the candidates, now it's barely different from the other episodes.

They need to change the presenter and make it all about the candidates again, rather than a platform for Tom and the other comedians on the panel.

I've been watching and following the threads over the series and I agree with so many. It needs an overhaul - too many of the same kind of person, tasks not as varied and You're Fired has turned into the Tom Allan show and that isn't a good thing.

Really sad to see none of the other candidates seemed to have made it to the you're hired show.

Also didnt realise Rochelle was mixed race. But in the you're Fired show I think that was her mother who was sat next to her husband.

Where did they all go? How come only eight of them came back for the final? I know one quit and one got kicked but where were all the others??

Kinda obvious she is a mixed race woman, even Stevie wonder could see that.

I really like Tom Allan but I don't think the after show was a good thing for him. Especially last night with the weird ditties and non funny jokes. SurAlan always joins from Florida if I remember rightly. Anyone know when the filming finished and how long the contestants have known the results for? Just wondering when they filmed the you're fired show?
