Rochelle keeps describing herself as a ‘woman of colour’. Have I missed something (genuinely, I’m not being goady or bigoted) ?

She doesn't really bring anything different to hair - as the Saks lady pointed out they are trained to cut all hair types, pretty sure same is true of all nationwide chains.

I thought she said frizzy (ie, curls or waves)? I didn't realise you could straighten Afro hair that much. Happy to be corrected and educated.

I always thought it was a hugely damaging chemical process, I suspect Rochelle doesn't have a very extreme type of afro hair. We haven't seen her looking anything but straight (even if wavy_.

Many black women have long straight shiny hair
