Link to the brief = completely missing

Gerry Adams did a cookbook. I'm starting to think they should have got him in to bring the drama.

Is it foreshadowing that there were only a couple of questions? Like he couldn't wait for it to be over..

🤣🤣

Dusted with powder, drowned more like.

I do like the sound of duck fat hash browns though

littlbrowndog · 14/03/2023 20:47

A plate of mush

BigFatLiar · 14/03/2023 20:48

That 'sand' looks suspiciously like those golden breadcrumbs you used to be able to buy in a tub.

You can still get it in the supermarket. Love the golden breadcrumbs reminds me of when I was young and all the fish came coated like that.

BiliousOhGod · 14/03/2023 20:48

Kerry doesn't seem to trust herself judging anyone else's dishes. And seemingly can't judge her own timing.

littlbrowndog · 14/03/2023 20:50

Why be happy with a 7. Surely you pratisced your dishes ?

littlbrowndog · 14/03/2023 20:52

He just presented a plate and a plastic bird 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

EsmaCannonball · 14/03/2023 20:53

I miss the days when they presented a casserole inside an inflated sheep's stomach sprayed gold.

If you have to explain it that much, the food isn't telling a story.

lippylippy · 14/03/2023 20:53

This is quite awkward viewing

EsmaCannonball · 14/03/2023 20:57

Purée guy could open the world's first ever Michelin-starred restaurant exclusively for babies and nonagenarians.

OP posts:
littlbrowndog · 14/03/2023 20:58

Excellent they are all terrible

BiliousOhGod · 14/03/2023 20:58

This has been a race to the bottom....

EsmaCannonball · 14/03/2023 20:58

I think Aktar was actually being quite generous there, because he didn't want to crush them too much.

Wolfcub · 14/03/2023 20:59

Missed the end what were the scores?

littlbrowndog · 14/03/2023 21:00

Yep race to bottom. All of them terrible

jay55 · 14/03/2023 21:01

I really hope the winners from the first two weeks get all the banquet dishes between them.

Sunbird24 · 14/03/2023 21:01

Not sure much of this food was fit for Darkest Peru, more like the deepest slops bucket

BiliousOhGod · 14/03/2023 21:03

Having been to Darkest Peru, I think I'd rather have deep-fried guinea pig and a quinoa salad.... 🤢

Allezvite · 14/03/2023 21:46

Wow just caught up and fast forwarded for the scores. Where has Aktar been for the last few weeks? feel like he was needed to deliver the blunt truth to the last few weeks’ contestants. Reckon they got off lightly with softer judges.

Allezvite · 14/03/2023 21:48

Wolfcub · 14/03/2023 20:59

Missed the end what were the scores?

Kerry a 3 and a 6, John a 4 and a 6, Matt a 3 and a 5, and the other female chef a 6 and an 8. Ouch for the 3 and 5.

PrimroseLane · 15/03/2023 12:57

This episode made me laugh so much to be honest. I was relieved the chefs took it on the chin and no one wept or got angry. Agreeing with whoever said the first two weeks contestants were amazing. I liked Aktar and felt he was fair, felt sorry for Andi as I thought she minded the standard was low.
