I missed the end of things last night- but got to watch a couple more matches than I have done recently.

Jane gormless describes the crowd perfectly- at one point the umpire really did sound at the end of his tether.

I'm not against people enjoying themselves but it's like the type who go to the theatre or cinema and then talk all the way through, and let their offspring kick the seats. I don't get to do these things often- when I do, I want to enjoy the thing I am there for.
Maybe they just give the tickets away in Miami with a drink because if the the seats were costing me $$$ to see Taylor Fritz on home turf, I would made damn sure I was in my seat!

I see Sascha is out in straight sets

Dan is playing Sonego later. That will be a tough one.

It's been a difficult 12 months for Sascha.

Sonego seems to have periods where he plays well, and then seems to vanish- so that could go either way.
