I did a lot of score watching last night, but didn't get to watch much.
I was at the dentist yesterday and he messed about my mouth so much I had a rotten headache and aching jaw by evening. Felt better before I went .

I hope Daniil's injury is not too bad. I have to have an eye towards future 'Djok beaters' - otherwise he will have it all his own way on his return .

Dentist sounds miserable Raahh! Hope you’re feeling better now. I felt very headachey yesterday with Covid but I’m a bit better today, hopefully I’m over the worst of it. Poor DH was supposed to have a routine operation next week that he’s been waiting nearly 2 years for, and they have insisted on cancelling him even though there’s a good chance he’ll be testing negative by the op date.

I’m also hoping Daniil’s injury isn’t too serious. It was a nasty fall he took. He said after the match that he was going to have a scan and assess whether he could continue in the tournament or not. He’s been pretty vocal about how much he dislikes the courts… and the balls… so wouldn’t be surprised if he chooses to rest and regroup.

Disappointing for Jack and Emma overnight. Jack seems to be just as injury prone as Emma but somehow doesn’t get such a hard time on SM, I wonder why that is sarcasm detected?

Your poor dh Ice- I hope he gets it re-arranged soon. The whole covid thing now is becoming a bit of farce- different places are doing things very differently.

it's a shame about Daniil, he has had a bit of an up and down year , and seemed to be doing ok. If he continues, he could make things worse- he may skip Miami. Clay is not his best surface, though. And of course, things are still up in the air on whether Russians can play at Queen's /Wimbledon (he could play Halle) - so he probably wanted to get as much in now as he could.

Yes, Draper does seem prone to injuries and ailments! He reminds me a bit of a young Andy and his almost prat fall at Queen's Club. Jack needs to build up his stamina and endurance and look after his body because he's clearly got a lot of potential.

I suppose Emma and Jack still have young, developing bodies and are putting them under a lot of pressure so not surprising they get injuries - but yes Emma’s injuries do seem to get mentioned more often

I had a major fail playing Mr & Mrs when I forgot that raspberry ripple was my favourite ice cream flavour! DH actually got it right (he doesn’t remember much else though!)

My dh would remember my favourite, mainly because of the day we spent driving round Manchester trying to find somewhere that sold it Ended up in Rusholme on the Curry Mile.

Not as far as when we went all the way to a Little Chef in Queensferry, just to get pancakes

(These days, every where does pancakes, but at the time, they were surprisingly hard to find).

He was grate ful my pregnancy craving with dd2 was watermelon. That's a lot easier to find.
