Don't worry SW doesn't let the badguys get away with it. If he doesn't go to prison, he'll be bumped off or hurt or have some other bad outcome

@the80sweregreat - I didn’t think Rob was contemplating raping her (I re-watched episode one yesterday). It didn’t come across like that to me when I first watched it nor the second time. He thought she had shoved the pills down her knickers/joggers - and so was trying to find them. Extremely aggressive action but you are right - she is not a perfect mother. She has obviously been worn down by the years of abuse.

re whether Faisal will get his comeuppance - when he goes round to see Jo after she had been arrested he was quite adamant in asking her whether she had removed all the packaging, including the blister packaging the pills were in. I think she had removed the outer packaging but not the blister packaging (didn’t realise it was called this) - so I wonder if this will be his downfall…

I think he was intending to, he said something like, "you're not even worth it" and shoved her away.
