Really pleased for Hamza.

Not the best dancer tonight but he's generally very good. Maybe having to do 3 dances was too much for him.

He was a complete non dancer before Strictly. I love it when someone with absolutely no experience discovers that they can dance.

Plus he's such a genuinely nice person. And he loves animals.

Of course he is deserving. It’s a public vote and he won it. The public can vote for who they like 🤷🏻‍♀️ Sure it’s a dancing competition but there is no criteria that says you must only vote for the best dancer. There’s no rule they says you shouldn’t vote for them if they make a mistake. I’m delighted for him and i think he absolutely deserves it.

Aw I adore Hamza. I think he deserves it because he is not built like a dancer and has done so well. He seems like the nicest guy.

The best dancers have lost over many years - Danny Mac, Karim, Alexandra Burke, Denise Van Outen, the young woman Gorka danced with the year Bill Bailey won. No reason for the judges to be surprised by this, let alone pissed off. They (well all but Craig) have been pushing Hamza as the one to beat since week 4.

I think so. Their chemistry seemed less staged and more of a genuine connection.

Okay, I will admit it now.
I gave all my 6 votes to Hamza as soon as voting opened.
I just wanted to get it done as show was so long.
I then saw his showdance and thought oops.
I had expected tails, feathers and big band like Kevin and Kellie's AS.
I did feel guilty but Jerusalema made me feel a bit better.
On tonight only, in fairness Fleur or Helen should have won and I still think Helen was set up to win perhaps.
It would feel more validating if they shared the whole series voting figures.
All that said, I have had Hamza's underrated samba on non-stop, liked his winners' speech, Pissy Gorka always makes me laugh and Hamza spread the most joy across the whole series, for me anyway.

It's become a competition about who is the kindest and most 'beautiful human'. Or who we think is a beautiful human ( actually we only see what the camera shows us) . Not about dance at all. Might as well have scrapped the final.

Feeling really sorry for Gorka. That's 3 times now he has had the best dancer and lost to a supposedly 'kinder person'.

Hamza's samba shows what a good dancer he is. He wasnt great tonight but delighted he won.

So you need to complain to the bbc and get them to drop the public vote I guess. I mean I know fuck all about dancing. Absolutely less than nothing. I just vote for the dances I like and the people I like 🤷🏻‍♀️

I voted for Hamza as soon as the vote opened, based on the series as a whole. After they all danced I thought Helen may win, while Fleur was the best dancer tonight. However, Fleur and Molly were never going to win the final after all the DOs.

The best entertainer/personality wins in the end.
