Why was her character a sergeant again? Was she a detective but downgraded?

No idea but hopefully Sarah Lancaster is on Graham Norton new year show to promote it but maybe HV is too bleak to be promoting on chat shows.

Maybe she'll be on the one show. I am literally stalking sl via the remote control.
