Ohhhhh, I'm not sure if I agree with that decision, although I don't think there was much in it. I thought perhaps Charlie's undercooked fish and split parfait were worse crimes than James's too cloying white chocolate and thin bisque sauce. But I like Charlie too.

when did bitter, or touch of bitterness became something people want to taste? In nature bitterness is often a warning taste, so I am not sure how it has somehow turned into the must have flavour.
