I failed to get teenage GS out of bed until after 10, just taken him into school, dropped him at the entrance and hoping he goes in and works for the rest of the day. I will try harder tomorrow but I'm sure I'll find something to make a mistake about.

I've also burned rice once or twice in my life.

They thought they were being clever giving him 3 jobs in the camp, why couldnt sue or mike watch the rice, she was happy telling him what not to do and how to fry potatoes they wanted him to fail. Her snide continued, she wanted Matt to do the trial but Owen stick in and said no, he would do it, Matt has done enough. She and mike didnt offer to do it though , did she ever do a trail.

Yes, some like a bit (or a lot) of friction on camp.

But there is friction and being nasty in the mistaken belief that it will make you more popular and/or using it as a tool to get everyone involved in the snide.

As Alan Partridge stated it merely makes them look like a dosser or a dwad. And in this case a bid of a cund.

The three jobs thing is so petty... The normal thing to do, if you're sitting there as a campmate with one job, seeing someone with two being given a third, would surely be to say, "Oh, X already has two jobs, I'm happy to do the cooking." No?? I would! And I'm a lazy twat
