Thanks pebble, glad to lose that last thread with all those awful chefs moaning that they aren’t showing their true selves with their gritty morels, crab shell garnish,sweetcorn purée, burnt duck and un rendered lamb. Feeling very sorry for the critics this week, last week they fed like kings, this week they will be stopping off at the chippy on the way home.
