Evening all! I didn’t realise it was on at 8 until about 20 minutes ago.

So I quickly deboned a quail, stuffed the breast with a duxelles of mushrooms, whipped up a fast vegetable stock and steamed some heritage carrots to go with.

Nah, I didn’t, I made some chicken super noodles. Very nice they are too.
