Hope I don’t have nightmares - that picture of Djok is positively demonic!

Feel a bit deflated this morning even bthough I was totally expecting it- and as soon as he started to lose the second set I felt it was only going one way. He was typically Rafa in his press conference and very positive and not discounting Turin. I'm not completely convinced- but I hope he plays. A shame- just once- the WTFS couldn't be outdoors on clay. .
It's hot enough somewhere in the world at this time of year!

I see Norrie lost- looked like a tight match.

I feel the same Raahh - I got so excited about Rafa playing and now he’s out already - it did seem inevitable after that second set though

Although I like a lot of the new players I feel more engaged with a tournament when Rafa is playing (I do know that he won’t keep playing forever )

Hopefully someone will stop Demonic Djok from winning the tournament but we will see …

I think I want Carlos to win- he will be quite far ahead as the number 1 if he does (and since Rafa has such a lot to defend at the start of the next year- and Carlos doesn't -he will struggle to catch him. Unless Rafa wins maximum points at the WTFs? And Carlos gets no points there? not sure. ).
Might actually be nice to see someone like Big Foe or Felix win Paris.

3.04 Wow. It really is bonkers. They could easily have started the match on the 'other' court whilst the Rafa match was on. I'm sure the players aren't that precious about what court they play on that they would rather play til the crack of dawn than the show court. And give a refund to the spectators if they moan. There can't have been that many who stayed to watch the end.
Did they learn nothing from the RG scheduling fiasco. Poor Moutet- he plays Stef today -he will be shattered.
