I will miss Sue, and her Voice of Doom. I bet she's sad that Roger won't be around this year - bit rubbish of him really- when she has been such a big supporter. The least he can do is turn up with a t-shirt with her name on on it.

I will miss Sue and her voice of doom - I really hope that Claire Balding (or Alex Scott) don’t take over - I said to DH that I don’t want the Beeb to try and modernise Wimbledon - he said that I sounded like an old woman! I just like it just how it is! Judy Murray would be good though

DH was impressed with the cube at RG and thinks they should maybe beam Boris into the cube from his cell to commentate on Wimbledon

Not going well for Daniil over in Den Bosch,- lost the first set and 0- 5 down in the second against a Dutch player ranked 205 in the world. That's not a great end to his first grass tournament, seeing as how he can't got to Wimbledon.

Matteo has started well, with a break against Murray. He is very keen to get ponts under his belt because he's defending at Queen's and will lose a chunck of points that he can't defend at Wimbledon.

I’ve just caught up with the scores. I want Andy to win but I do really like Matteo too so I am a bit torn! I was surprised to see Daniil lost, and not even a particularly close match either.

I had to go out, so was just catching up.

I really don't know what happened with Daniil, I can't say I've hear of the Dutch player Tim van Rijthoven - even though he's also 25. It's hard to know whether Daniil had a bad day, not being able to watch.

I would be very happy if Matteo did win this. I felt so sorry for him at the tour finals,- another injury mid match- when he was playing really well. (And against Zverev).
