In all the soaps it is the same as soon as a character starts studying for A levels all we get is ''going to Oxford''.

It’s beyond tedious. Just send her to another university, she’s clearly not going to be able to hack Oxford. And make it somewhere a very long way away - not Manchester. Maybe Antarctica. Perhaps Billy could go with her. Just a suggestion.

Its because the body burns fat stores not the sugar / carbs she eats if she misses her insulin.
