She was never a very warm person before I don't think. Recent storylines have made her more human. I think she's been very "angry" in the past but she's softened now.

Nancy's epilepsy has been forgotten about.
Also I thought that her and Zack worked at the gym with Sharon, but they haven't been there for ages and just seem to hang around the vic This new venture ( if it does work out !) will take up their time too, but not sure how that will pan out if Janine has scuppered it ? What is meant to be happening there?
I don't mind her, she was ok with Tamwar and I felt sorry about her and Ollie when he had an accident and then she ended up leaving as mick blamed her.

Yes she can be tough too, I think the role requires some moody coldness for the character to work.

Maybe her abrasive persona is because she had to deal with her epilepsy and all that entailed as well as having two older male siblings ( Lee and Johnny , I think they were older than her , but she might be in the middle ?there isn't much of a gap anyway )so she had to fight for her place in the pecking order ! She is tough.

I don't like how Nancy is with Zac. He's so desperate to please her but she seems very quick to have a go at him.

Poor Ben. What the hell was he thinking? He should have just gone straight home ffs. Poor Callum. He's really not done nothing wrong in all of this.

I hope he believes Ben and they get Lewis for this. Not OK to show something so traumatic before 9pm though. Was there a warning before the episode started as I didn't hear anything?

When Dean raped Linda , Mick believed her, no question at all.

Yes there was a warning a few weeks ago which was indirectly mentioned on the previous thread. Like I said then, they have to give out warnings like this for this kind of story, like they did in 2014 before Linda was raped by Dean.

There was a very clear warning that gave the storyline away completely. It said something along the lines of the episode containing scenes that might be upsetting and that Lewis ignores Ben when he says no.

It is a very difficult storyline and hopefully they'll handle it sensitively .
Similar storyline on Coronation Street a couple of years ago with David Platt being raped (cannot recall all the details but it was graphic for a soap )

Hopefully we won;t have Callum going hell for leather to wreak revenge or Phil contacting one of his heavies on the outside .
But yes there needs to be a resolution.

I hope that they resolve it by putting Lewis behind bars.
They probably won't, Phil will be involved I suppose etc etc. I feel sorry for Callum

I can see how it's going to pan out. Ben becomes moody, angry and withdrawn even more so than usual and we have to wait for months for him to eventually crack and tell Callum.
