I really like Nancy and Zack as a couple, this storyline has annoyed me. I hate the way EE seems to take pleasure in destroying strong relationships. Sometimes it's just good to have an unshakeable power couple in the mix.

I used to enjoy tipsy Linda too. Why do they take all the good things away. It doesn't make for better viewing, though Kellie Bright is a very convincing drunk. As is Kat but for different reasons I suspect.

I know she shouldn't have gotten drunk and abused anyone but people do stupid things when drunk and doesn't mean they should lose their jobs over it.

That said, I'm not actually a fan of Kat, so so could quite happily see the character leave the show but I'm so fed up of people getting sacked for stupid mistakes. No one is perfect.

I personally think anyone who physically attacks a public service worker on duty should be jailed.

From what my DH said she was loud, abusive & obnoxious every night - she started more than 1 fight in his pub. You can forgive people for a one off drunken moment of madness but I think this is who she is & she’s not very pleasant at all.

Jessie (Kat) has already been suspended at least a couple of times from EE for lairy behaviour. So it does look like that’s how she is. Which is a shame as the character is quite good and she plays it well IMO.

I think Kat is one of the better actresses along with Janine, Stacey, Shirley and Denise. They are very believable and naturally good at what they do.

Unfortunately the casting team find so many complete duds such, e.g. Jada. The girl simply cannot act.

Agree that Jada isn't a natural actress.
Jay isn't that great either at times , the likes of Ben and Phil and Sharon show him up a bit. He is a bit part at times.

it was. However, it was a new view of the back yard and alley that is part of the new set. It looked nothing like the old house for that reason!

Kheerat said they were doing renovations - I guess that involved major building work to create the back yard, alley of garages and to make the back door go somewhere 😂

I wonder if that means they'll put a family in there? Seems a waste of set otherwise.

DB's currently working with Bradley Walsh on The Larkins and says he's lovely and very funny as is (offhand) Damian Lewis (apparently a lovely, lovely man) in some spy thing he worked on last year, with Guy Pearce (also nice) etc but says Dominic West isn't nice (in same drama series). SIL also met Dominic West due to filming for/near her work which isn't film related and said he wasn't nice

Agreed with all of this but I think Jada maybe has potential as she's so young. Jay hasn't had that many big storylines, even the one to do with his real dad (remember that?) was a bit challenging. He doesn't seem to have a lot of range apart from moaning, complaining, nagging Lola and other characters!
