Anyone else looking forward to this coming on Netflix on the 22nd?

I know it's shit but I've binge watched the first four seasons and love looking at the big houses, seeing what the commission will be and really enjoy the scripted drama.

There's a new realtor joining the O group too.

Yea - this exactly. She is working hard to keep that British 'accent' to supposedly give her an interesting edge but it is ridiculously OTT and cringe. I'm sure some Americans will lap it up though.

I wish she was more herself. I’m sure she’s a lot nicer and more interesting than she comes across as on the program.

Yes, her whole face looks plastic now. They all look bizarre. Entirely wrinkle and line-free of course, but that just looks odd

I think Amanza is my favourite. I like Mary Crishell, Maya and now Heather and Emma are really growing on me. I think they're all pretty genuine about the important stuff in life even if they have their insane moments. I'm not particularly interested in Davina or Vanessa. Getting bored with the Christine drama now (as seems to be the case with all of the other agents!) It's always the same every episode.

When Chelsea wasn’t trying to impress and be gobby and stirry, when she was talking quietly and calmly I thought she was nice. I agree that that only lasted a minute though.

This whole season is coming across as being 100% scripted and staged, I know all reality shows are scripted, however this season just feels like it has taken it too far and I really can't get into it at all. Think it may have had it's day.

Yes and I didn't believe that end storyline that Christine had bribed a client to have her as an agent instead of one of the other agents. I think it was introduced for dramatic effect

I was telling my daughter (she caught one episode) that Christine has been assigned the queen bitch role, but I wonder why she has accepted the bribe storyline. It makes her look petty and, worse for her, CHEAP!
I'm transfixed by Emma though - she's so skinny but how much boob has that girl got on display! The outfits are truly awful and tasteless and when I was in LA never saw the like.
I'd love to know how much revenue, if any, they bring in. I know a Chrishell said in one episode she closed X amount of deals in the last few months.
The brothers actually seem quite nice despite questionable hiring practises! But Jason has said in the past that he didn't realise that the show would focus almost totally on their personal lives and interpersonal relationships, he actually thought it would be about selling real estate! And apparently there are five other agents who work for him - maybe the ones actually doing the work (agents in the US do far more for their clients than agents here).

I read somewhere that Christine wasn't happy about that storyline, basically saying it was fake, and that's why she didn't turn up for the big get together later on.

When she was saying her ex had a tattoo of her name? I don’t think she was saying ‘Emily’ I think she was saying ‘Emma-Leigh’ but she doesn’t use the hyphenated bit/middle name.

I didn't believe the 'bribe' storyline. I think Emma drives a lot of the hate for Christine. I think Christine tries to be funny and play the bitch role, in person and with the press but the others really take it to heart. If I was on a reality show and someone said I was getting preferential treatment for shagging the boss I would laugh (all the way to the bank) it's not that deep.

@tuliplover Yes Emma is crazy thin, did you see her wearing the black leather skirt, her hip bones were popping through. I wouldn't normally comment on someones weight but I've seen a few posts from her about being able to fit in kids clothes and revelling in being so slim....and yes I am jealous.

I think it would have been looked in to by bosses and she would have been asked to leave if true

@UpToonGirl Why would you be jealous of someone with an eating disorder!? There's no way you can be that thin without having one, I would wager that several of those women exist routinely on a calorie deficit just to look LA-ready

@MargotMoon TBH I don't think she has an eating disorder, she looks naturally thin and willowy (apart from the boob job) but yes she probably restricts her calories a lot as do most of the women in that office.

Watched The Reunion, uncomfortable viewing! Pretty sure Jason went into filming the whole series thinking it would be more focused on his business than his love life!

I've read that elsewhere, but surely he can't have been that naive! It's produced by the same guy who did Laguna Beach and The Hills.
