Al is great. I hated him at first- a vain, immature, laddish, preening, arrogant cock of a mummy's boy..... but once he's been given an opportunity to be himself, he's very likeable. He is sincere and puts the effort in. I think Sam was very difficult actually- completely unreadable mixed signals... but they are settling down nicely... despite the Shoe-ies (spelling???)

Dom was a bit much but thank god someone said something. She had good insight that Dan was really struggling and helped him see that his partner is the pits. I mean who calls their partner a little bitch??? They are spectacularly mismatched and the ixperts should hang their heads in shame!!!

No spoilers was the request and I kept to that. I feel a throw away comment of ‘you’re in for a ride’ is really a given for any series MAFS. Lets face it if it was dull as ditch water we wouldn’t be watching or reading threads about it.

@dontpanicmrmainwaring we appreciate you've not posted a spoiler but this thread was started because the first thread attracted lots of such comments which some of us preferred not to see. Like pp said its like watching a film with some who says "ooh we're just coming to the good bit" It's irritating. And gradually leads to more hints etc.

I know lots of people who call their aunts and uncles by their first names

Yeah i would have referred to them as Uncle Danny to others, but Danny to their face

My dc's generation in my family call my generation by first names rather an Auntie/Uncle

My DD also calls my brother by his first name. He is only 30, he's no uncle. Uncle/ aunt seems to be a term for older people .

Kate is awful, her face looks all sneery like she’s smelling something horrible all the time. Her voice is a bit odd too and she doesn’t seem like a lot of fun to be around.

Not a fan of Jess or Dan, he does seem hard work and she’s childish and bitchy. Hopefully they both fuck off soon.

Did I see a little something between Selina and Anthony there?! That would be a good pairing and definitely an upgrade for both - Selin is just awful and Cody is neither use nor ornament.

Sam and Al will get along fine until it’s time to meet the parents and Al’s Mum drives a wedge between them.

You could be right @Roundlampshade never a good idea to pamper kids to that degree. Mine were the only ones at uni in their block who knew how to cook a roast or use the washing machine. He had to teach the others

I felt somewhat sorry for Dan because Jess is very harsh and intolerant. Until that weird interaction / flirtation with Carolina.

Dom is a loose cannon. Great when she hits the mark ( i.e. when I agree with her) but she has no subtlety or self awareness.

Dan is strange but then he's a victim of his upbringing and should at least have our sympathy (as long as he doesn't cross any lines) and it was painful to watch how Jess constantly cut off his sentences. If only they had listened to Holly when she said it was happening to her so maybe Dom recognised it this time. I do love watching Dom in action. The body language between the women is great to watch.

Just watching tonight's episode and got to Mitch's response to Ella saying she doesn't feel good enough for him. His response was so telling! He was angry with Ella and is going to take time out ftom the relationship. He's showing his true colours but not publicly. There's only room fif 1 person in Mitch's world. He's nasty self centre individual. Never liked him. I said on previous thread he's dead behind the eyes. No humanity or warmth or feelings. She deserves so much more than him.

Yeah Mitch definitely thinks he is the special one. I didn’t think he likes the idea of a “ lesser” girlfriend, Now the idea of her being somewhat insecure is in his head he’s gonna bit weird.
