And giant baby born at 24w is now almost 11w old and apparently coming home so is 35w if in womb ………

Absolutely Team Linda. They would have been fine if Janine hadn't meddled. I imagine she is after the Vic rather than Mick.
But they wouldn't. The reason Mick came home without Linda was because he couldn't bond with Annie.

Of course they would. They would have sorted it out after some time apart to think. It was obviously never going to be a case of simply bonding with no trouble whatsoever. Unfortunately, Janine got her claws in and dripped poison into Linda's ear along with deliberately encouraging her to drink again.

Agreed. I accidentally put on that shit game show he presents and he was exactly the same on there as eastenders. Although I do feel like the whole cockney thing is his fake persona so maybe he's actually a fantastic actor and just not very versatile

Good point.

Anything I ever saw him on, I saw a clip for example of one of those programmes where people trace their ancestry and he was exactly as he is in Eastenders.

Mick and L would have sorted it.
They went off to avoid Max who never turned up finding out about the baby .
Rainie just dropped the hope of getting Abbie back and that storyline just went pfft.
Mick came back to sort the pub.
He and L are trauma bonded, no way would he just turn against her.
So fed up with them changing the characters to suit storylines.
L and Janine could have had some great ding dongs if L just came back, there was no need for the drunk L thing.

I think having her return to alcohol was purely to cover her maternity leave. Sober L would have been back months ago so they had to make her turn "nasty"

What was Sharon thinking taking Linda to hers when Ollie was there the first time, but then when she took her back the second time telling Jada she didn't want Ollie seeing Linda like that Hmm

Linda being sick was also strange because she's an alcoholic and really hadn't drank that much so she wouldn't be vomming, would she?

When Rocky was calling Jay he only pressed 3 buttons on the phone too. I can't imagine Jay is on speed dial or that neither Kathy nor Rocky had a mobile on them.

Sharon “Come back to mine and see Ollie.” The next time we see Linda she’s sprawled out on Sharon’s sofa talking crap! So did she see Ollie or not?

Remember that weird storyline when his daughter who was pregnant in real life made a cameo and he drove her to the hospital to give birth? What WAS the point of that?

I don't think Sharon had any intention of letting L see Ollie. I think it was just to get her away from the pub. When Jada appeared I thought maybe they hadn't been there anyway and had been out. From what Jada said, L hadn't seen Ollie anyway (didn't she/Sharon say something about not letting him see her in that state?)

I've never seen Danny Dyer be anything other than Danny Dyer.

Except in a video clip of him as a youth doing Serious Theater. He seemed to be good then! I think he's become a caricature of himself.

She seemed to get horribly drunk exceptionally quickly

Jada seems to be being a bit more responsible which is nice to see

Actually you're probably right. She made that comment about "I could've had vodka and you wouldn't smell it" then whipped out the vodka at the funeral didn't she

I think he went to get dressed and was leaving to go to the competition when he saw Linda

He planned to but then got caught up

That was sad. In the kitchen, when El was doing Mick's tie, he looked into her eyes and was leaning in, as if to kiss her, old movie cliche, and she looked as if she was going to reciprocate but then suddenly decided he was only getting close to smell her breath. A bit like Kathy and Rocco in the caff about to make up until Kathy thought he'd arranged for them to be locked in.

Good that Frankie told El the truth about Ollie not being 'fine' at all. Might be the incentive for her to knock the drinking on the head.

Btw, I thought Shirley looked great at the funeral. Leaning against the limo, she looked as if she was channelling Helen McCrory in Peaky Blinders.
