It's the posh accent that sounds incredibly fake that irritates me!

I think she tried talk crisis team but given she’s not yet done anything very bad dare say they don’t have the time. Unless she’s at section point or asks for help herself.

I hate Linda at the moment. Mick couldn’t have truly known how he’d feel about Annie before she was born and it was obvious during the pregnancy that he wasn’t coping. She should have just cut her losses.

I can’t work out if Janine truly has feelings for Mick or if she just likes the drama and getting to be involved in it all.

Yes as somebody who grew up with an alcoholic aunt (who lived with us, long story) Linda’s actress gets it right on point. The way she goes from a loving wife and mother to the most vile, vindictive piece of work is played very well.

I can't watch Janine. I'm not the biggest fan of Mick but it makes my skin crawl when she's anywhere near him. I'm team Linda. She'd never have got caught up in the drink downward spiral if she hadn't had months of Mick pushing her away over the child abuse story. All that squinting. Would try the patience of a saint.

They both unravelled and lost their way.

Kellie Bright is doing an amazing job but I find them getting a divorce unconvincing as Linda and Mick were getting on fine before she went to Elaine's. I think the writers have tied themselves in knots because Linda needed a reason to have a break (Kellie went on maternity leave) and now they need a reason for her to come back but they hadn't thought it through properly. But I get they may not be as close as they once were because of everything that's happened.

Totally agree, so annoying. Muck virtually recoils from Janine, zero chemistry. Kellie Bright is utterly brilliant!

Kellie Bright is excellent. Danny Dyer cannot act, imo. Fair dues to him though, I'm sure he is highly paid for just being himself onscreen.

Agreed. I accidentally put on that shit game show he presents and he was exactly the same on there as eastenders. Although I do feel like the whole cockney thing is his fake persona so maybe he's actually a fantastic actor and just not very versatile
