They discover a potiental bomb factory in a London housing estate

Love both Vicky and Adrian as actors

John is a massive prick and deserves to get his head smashed in whether or not he is part of the crusaders. Why did he lie about not knowing Billy?

Also is the curly haired one who Lana is seeing married? Why is he so cagey around her. Is it just that he thinks it would make life difficult if the others knew they were dating?
I wondered whether Billy could climb out of the window. I asked dh his opinion just in case I'm ever in the car and some maniac has rigged it up with explosives.

I did think Karl will be a wrong un but now I feel sorry for Lana and I hope not.
I'm wondering if Thom, the likely soon to be ex bf, could be involved. Maybe John suspected something and was investigating but without telling Lana as he knew Thom was her boyfriend? If they have surveillance on him he can't have planted the bomb in Billy's car, surely.

Considering that all she does is shout "Stay fucking still!" and "Keep quiet for me!" in a really aggressive tone before walking away, no wonder!

Surely it's common sense to explain what you're doing and try to have someone talking to the trapped person to keep them distracted and.calm?

Like tonight - she could easily have got someone else to get her stuff so she didn't have to walk away; she could have told her brother what she was doing when she moved away from the car and if she did need to walk away (bc she needed to say something she didn't want her brother to hear) she should have had one of tbe other guys in the team switch with her so that they were in her brother's eyeline and could try and keep him calm. Also surely someone should be nearby so that they can immediately react to any change in circumstance - like when the timer went blank, if there was an Expo guy near the car they could have kept him calm and seen what happened.

Would opening any door or window have caused the bomb to go off? Billy is quite slight, I agree with Gardeningcreature that he should have climbed out of the window. We were also confused by the line of police officers scouring the ground. There were only about ten people in the line, so surely they are in danger of missing something.

Lana does appear to have a poor track record so far. Has she attended any incidents with a positive outcome yet? Between that and trying to attack the smug colleague her job must be hanging by a string.

She must surely be having time off now? There are lots of plot holes. She should have stayed talking to Billy while someone else went to get kit, etc. The protocol would surely not be to leave him on his own.

Completely agree she is not reassuring or calming. She just shouts and swears at people.

On another note, DP commented on the age of Billy's car and previously commented on the age of the car in the first episode. They only blow up old cars.

I'll stick with it to find out if John is a red herring or not. If it was on the ITV hub , I'd watch the last two to put me out of my misery of watching her mess up so much !! Lol

Yes and why didn't she keep talking to him calmly on his phone instead of screaming through the window after rattling the boot trying to open it. She doesn’t really instil calm does she.

I don't know why I keep watching, what with Kerry Godliman trying to convince us she's a explosives expert, the non stop shouting staff and the very poor record regarding exploding bombs it just a disaster every single week. Sorry if it's been said but the ginger one with the wonky teeth must be undercover mustn't he? To leave an A to Z with targets in his locker would seem a bit of a clanger, doesn't everyone have maps on their phones nowadays?

I was surprised she was told to take time off when Lana seems to be the only one left who can actually deal with the bombs. The others are able to pass her things and maybe operate the robot at a push, but she seems to be the only one who goes near a bomb.

This is standard procedure - if the area is large and they don't have enough officers to cover the entire area in one go, as with the playing field, then they will break it down into smaller areas, the officers will then work methodically through them in order - they will start at the same point, walk the set area then move to the next area when that one is complete.
