Love both Vicky and Adrian as actors

He was a baddie in the responder as well

Lana now has custody of the handbag I see.

I just said to DH they probably commissioned a second series based on viewing figures, at least half of which was Mumsnet trying to figure out what was going on! You are sucked in once you've watched a few!

I think I've seen the "military man is disillusioned by the way soldiers are let down by the Power That Be and decides to become a terrorist vigilante" far far far too many times.

I get why scriptwriters like it - it explains the super-competent villain and they think that having a baddie with slightly relatable motives who the hero can do the sympathetic speech with at the climax makes for compelling drama. But seriously - how many times has this been done on telly/film? And how many times has it actually happened in real life?

They could have done so much with it. I still don't get John's role - I'd guessed he'd be set up for the bomb in the lecture theatre but what about the one linked to the car/gas supply? That couldn't have been down to one person surely?

I liked the premise but they shoehorned too much into the end portion. And most of the characters remained flat and undeveloped throughout.

Blimey, there have been episodes of Scooby Doo with better plots! I still liked Karl compared with police boyfriend with funny mouth!

Well that was rubbish

I don’t understand why Karl did the other bombs. They had a bit of explanation that it was to ‘cause chaos’, but I don’t really get that.

I was a bit worried she was going to end up back with the policeman again but it didn’t look like it from those last couple of scenes.
