He told Kat it’s over, to save her moping around after him. But guess this make her and her tribe and Stacey's lot homeless too.

Meredusoleil · 24/01/2022 21:13

Maybe he'll lend the Slaters his house to house sit for him whilst he's inside doing life. I mean, who else will be living there otherwise?

the80sweregreat · 24/01/2022 21:20

Oh no, poor Kat.
.. she'll move on within a week no doubt.
Where will they all live though ?

.

Blondeshavemorefun · 25/01/2022 11:37

He dumped her

She will find out the truth why

And amazed they get uncle fester in fir a cancer op in a few days

There’s a space hmmmmmmmmm

Either it’s a very urgent case or unrealistic

Least a few weeks wait if not longer

MichaelAndEagle · 25/01/2022 22:12

I think he said they didn't need to move out. Not sure though

Fiddlersgreen · 25/01/2022 23:06

Yes I’m sure Phil said they didn’t need to move out

Blondeshavemorefun · 26/01/2022 13:37

Gray and formula 🙄

Reminds me of a dad once where I worked. Mum wanted to give up bf. Dad wanted her to bf. She ended up a miserable mummy with pnd

Made her feel guilty

And if Phil was to be a grass he shouldn’t have told shazza

Now if he doesn’t go dooooooooooooooown she will know why

Akire · 26/01/2022 13:40

I was perplexed at Callum saying he would need Ben there in hospital when Stu had the op. I mean it’s not life death surgery, they have caught it early and nothing is going happen in the op. Either they get it all out in one go or he need follow up radio or chemo treatment but his life being hung in balance might never happen or indeed be many years down the line. If going do cancer story why egging up the dying aspect. Surely the message is find a lump get it checked.

This happened to a friend of mine - dad insisted on breastfeeding and on it being done in a quiet, dark room. My friend really struggled, ended up with PND and still feels guilty now about how she didn't bond with her baby (who's now 12 and totally fine and they have a great relationship). Awful.

Agreed! And surely there are non addictive painkillers? If Stuart would only explain to the consultant I'm sure he'd be able to sort something appropriate.
Akire · 26/01/2022 17:20

I don’t know what Grey gets out of these relationships. I mean is there thrill of the control but about 95% you have to put up with person you presumably don’t like, don’t live up to your ideal expectations and are constant let down. You don’t trust and constantly keeping tabs etc just seems so strange. Or are we supposed think
He is madly in love and just get out control on occasions.

lazymum99 · 26/01/2022 20:59

They always try and sort stuff themselves on EE. They never ask the professional.
Why’s the hell doesn’t Stuart tell the consultant he is a recovering addict. He is not going to be the first in this situation.
I think they can use ketamine as a painkiller as an alternative to an opiate for addicts.

Gwenhwyfar · 26/01/2022 20:59

@Meredusoleil

I do think Scarlett's treatment of her mum is dragging on a bit too long now. There are far worse parents than Janine imho!
Do you think so? Her killing of Michael was partly self defence I think, but she killed her previous husband just for money. She's awful.
Gwenhwyfar · 26/01/2022 21:01

"(I'm not sure if there was history between Rainie/Max before the more recent episode where they were Abi's guardians)"

No, he likes sisters in law, but there was nothing with Rainie as far as I can remember.

Akire · 26/01/2022 21:07

But Max and Rainie were married?

Spidey66 · 27/01/2022 00:31

Of course they were! It wasn’t a love match…Max got married to help his custody case for baby Abi (because of course social services love recovering addicts as parents!) and Rainie married him to wind Tanya up!

Spidey66 · 27/01/2022 00:34

And as for Stu, of course they can give non addictive painkillers. They’ll have come across it. He can use paracetamol, brufen, naproxen etc.

the80sweregreat · 27/01/2022 08:15

Of course, Stuart won't tell them he was a former drug addict and then he'll become addicted to prescription drugs I suppose :(

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 27/01/2022 22:59

I hope baby Jordan is okay.

mrswhiplington · 28/01/2022 10:13

Gray will want to know where Chelsea was when her child stopped breathing. When he finds out she was at a pampering session paid for by Kheerat..... oh dear.Sad

Akire · 28/01/2022 12:14

Do hospitals encourage parents to be next to a baby 24h a day? Makes no sense to anyone welfare. Surely you don’t want new parents be on their knees. Is there reason why Chelsey needs to be so totally utterly wrecked? Why not go home sleep every night and express yes but no need keep awake every night then get no sleep
In the day. Unless baby is particularly ill thought hospitals would be actively saying look after yourselves. By time baby comes home she’s not in for state start caring for a baby.

Grey the same he’s at hospital in day time no worries about going to work or earning a wage. The poor kids are living at grannies and totally excluded.

It might not come out about Chelsea , unless Kim or Dee slip up or something
Will Phil really get life ? ..
I wonder if Aidan will show up and somehow he'll get off ?

meow1989 · 28/01/2022 20:38

Well that was a completely unrealistic jump to a tracheostomy...
