My hotel restaurant dinner was king prawns in mango chilli butter, followed by pan-fried salmon with new potatoes, samphire and hollandaise sauce, and a side of carrots. Stooffed now.

If I am feeling cheffy I do my cous cous a la Ottolenghi, soft fried onions, char grilled baby tomatoes, whole almonds, lots of parsley , lemon juice and about four more things .... if I am feeling idle it’s hot water and a spoonful of boullion powder.
