OK. Fair warning, scroll past this post if you don't want to know.
Chris, who now has a book cover for a novel and a charity calendar out, was a participant on the show and his 'match' dropped out. Jamie was approached via her Instagram by a producer who asked if she was single and happy to participate with only 3 days notice. Living in Sydney she could join at short notice, work agreed and she was feeling left out because her friends were all moving to different life stages. Apparently she numbers ex reality show contestants among her friends and they feature on her page, so the producers had been trawling social media to find someone suitable to join the show rather than the ixperts matching couples they thought would be well suited.
She said a lot of her comments were taken out of context e.g. the Queensland haircut business. She said he referred to it as that, she'd never heard of it before and that she didn't belittle him over his dyslexia, which even production were unaware of. She has dated all kinds of men from different backgrounds.
During their time, she alleged Chris displayed anger issues which made her feel unsafe and it was revealed he was on bail for various charges. The charges are reported in the Daily Mail if you keep scrolling down

She also said it was made to look as though she was awful to him and forced him to end their relationship, but this was not the case. The interviewer said all they discussed was very serious and had she considered suing the tv company. She said she was considering it, but I don't think anything came of it.
Jamie broke the NDA she'd signed to do the podcast, but I haven't seen any action resulting from that either.
Like I said before, that's just one side of the story and I haven't seen anything from Chris either, other than what the paper reports about him saying he's made mistakes .
