I don’t think they should have put Melissa on this program at all, surely there should have been some psychological analysis first? She needed a fuck load of therapy before she even consider a relationship, not to be matched with an abusive arsehole. Safeguarding is a joke. It’s like she’s joined a cult.

Just managed to catch up on everything and get up to date. Melissa is deeply worrying. I listened to an interview from the UK MAFS with Luke, who said that he was so committed to the process that he’d have made it work with a broomstick, and I think that’s true for Melissa as well - it doesn’t matter who she was paired with, she’d have made it work regardless. I’m glad that she admitted on the couch that she was scared to argue with Bryce in case he left her but I wish the ixperts had dug a bit further into it.

James is an arsehole, easy to see why he’s single but glad the judges dug him up on his behaviour.

Chris seems lovely - think you can definitely see that’s he’s really emotionally intelligent. I was so pleased when he confronted Jamie about how she was speaking to him!

I really hope Patrick and Belinda can make things work. Not sure about the crocheted outfit tonight, though!

Bryce telling Melissa that it isn’t embarrassing for her is just typical of him. He’s a horrible specimen. I’m glad she reiterated that actually it is embarrassing for me. Not that he really acknowledged it.

Bryce can’t even comfort or reassure her when she’s saying she is scared that he is going to leave her.

I 100% believe Bev. And I said to DH (even before she added that bit about Bryce telling her that he rated her highly)... That he was probably coming onto her.

So I agree with @AngelicaSchuylerAndHerSisters that Bec is telling the truth but that the story itself is bollocks. I think what Bryce was really saying was 'I'd be up for cheating on Melissa, I just don't want to get caught'.
