What does Toyah actually do? I know she's a counsellor, but apart from counselling her family she never seems to go to work anywhere.
As another poster said, she's working i n the factory after either losing or leaving her job at the medical centre (cant remember which). Cos of course, thats the only place a counsellor can work.....not a mental health team, substance misuse service, mental health charity, college, large employer.....

If you needed counselling, would you really want to be counselled by a neighbour, who you see daily in the pub, and who knows your whole family? I work in mental health and deliberately will not work in my own borough cos I don't want to assess my neighbours!

I don't want to appear indelicate, but what means did Kelly use to attempt to take her life? No injuries to her neck, nor her wrists. As pp said, her eyelashes were firmly in place, too.
