What does Toyah actually do? I know she's a counsellor, but apart from counselling her family she never seems to go to work anywhere.

I thought she was removed from counselling work at the same time as lovely Dr Ali was struck off. There was an incident in the medical centre that I missed because I was doing something else.

I too think Imran should get back with his ex, who is much cooler than Toyah. I'm glad she's not my counsellor, as I'd be too distracted by her mouth.
Abby is acting her socks off, and the situation is of course devastating for the character. But actually, what did she ever do for her son when he was alive? Confused

I think Abi's grief would be intensified because she'd been such a crap mother. She'd not long got her act together and was building bridges with Seb again only for it all to end so tragically.
As for Toyah, she knew that Ali was on drugs but didn't report him to Dr Gadass and when Dr G found out, Toyah was given her marching orders.

Why does Kelly have a full face of make up on in her hospital bed? Surely it would be far more believable to have her completely natural after her suicide attempt 🤷🏻‍♀️
