Agree bit rich fiz blaming Tyrone for hopes behaviour! She was a pyromaniac long before he put his slippers under alina’s bed. More likely her psychopathic genes inherited from her father and shared with her crazy sister.

As another poster said, she's working in the factory after either losing or leaving her job at the medical centre (cant remember which). Cos of course, thats the only place a counsellor can work.....not a mental health team, substance misuse service, mental health charity, college, large employer.....

I thought she lost her counsellor registration and job after she tried to buy Eva's baby and pass it off as her own. Gross misconduct.

I’m guessing she tried to hang herself that’s most common thing as can do with sheet in room. The oxygen might be clue she was unconscious. There was no bandages on her wrists. Though surprised you get normal hospital visiting without being guarded. Not sure there is much or any resources in youth offenders is there? They made it sound like she be having cosy therapy session with someone tucking her in and night.

Billy seemed to be there to make Dev look sensible. I think football lad will be OK now Craig has decided to speak out.
Tyrone can bugger off, I like Fizzs new man better. Assuming Fizz and Tyrone never adopted each others girl, could Fizz take Ruby to live in Huddersfield or somewhere? Could Ty take her to Romania long term?

Tyrone crying was really weird. Just standing there in the shop crying and little to no sympathy from his gran. Haven’t we had enough crying this last week?

Yes.

Pretty much crying because he realises he made a mistake going with Alina and wants fiz back. Only realised this when he saw her on a date with Phil though.

@PinkDaydreams - DH and I loved these scenes for a bit of comic relief! Drunk Billy was brilliant!

@Clawdy - that's what I was thinking as well - even in the lead up to the trial, I would've thought make-up etc would've been the last thing she was thinking about and, given how distraught she was, it would've been mascara streaks down her cheeks and all!

Oh, also can't stand Ty at the moment...he's turning into annoying Ross from Friends whenever Rachel found someone new! He needs to grow a bloody pair, tell Alina to grow up (a trip to Romania with everything that's going on) and get over the fact that Fiz might actually be moving on (not sure if she is, but that's besides the point!)

Also, just because I'm on a wee rant just now, why is Fiz still describing Hope as a 'little girl'? She's 10 for crying out loud and started 3 fires in her time. Michael Myers (in Halloween) was the same age (if not younger) when he murdered people...not quite the same thing, but wake up and smell the smoke here Fiz! I totally get, she's her daughter, always will be, and I'd be thinking the same if it were my wee girl, but c'mon, she needs to realise Hope is growing up and needs to take some responsibility!

Ok, I'm done!

Sorry, not quite done...DH and I were confused about Abbi leaving Kev at the start of Monday's episode saying "I meant what I said" (or something like that)...did he do anything wrong or is that her grief talking following the verdict at the trial?

I don't know what's going on any more as I'm not really watching it properly.

Alina's voice really grates on me. I'm not a massive fan of Tyrone's, either. But if the writers do a decent job of showing Ty as the 'sex prize' disintegrate in front of Alina's eyes in a realistic way, emotionally and logistically, then it might be worth a look - but not if it's full of stereotypical clichés.

Although having said that, a lot of blokes who leave their families for OW do seem to follow a very bitter script.

I was very confused too. I just assumed I'd missed an episode. This seems to happen once a fortnight on average, even though I'm sure I haven't missed anything. Perhaps they just forget to show the odd episode here and there. Confused

@thenightsky - we wondered that as well as we record the 2 parts on Sky then watch them one after the other. We thought we'd chosen the 2nd part instead of the 1st.
She was acting like he'd cheated, done her wrong in some way or said something insensitive...next thing we know she's packed her bag and left.
I wonder if there's such a thing as "Deleted Scenes" for Corrie that will be released when this comes out in a box set so we can fill in these blanks!
