I left my sliders outside yesterday and they must have been in the sun and they’ve shrunk! I tried to put them on but they were too small - I thought my feet had suddenly swollen up - I’ve had to throw them away

I need a new phone- I have suffered with it nearly 2 years, since dd2 accidentally dropped it down the stairs, and half the screen is cracked. This was 3 weeks after I got it. .
I never got around to fixing the screen- but now the battery runs out really quickly.

Yes there's no tennis on Sunday. I checked the TV schedule last night to plan my supermarket shopping around it! I had hoped to go on Sunday but I have vouchers that need to be used by tomorrow grr.

I suppose I need a day off tennis- I can't actually remember the last time I had one, since I've watched one thing after another almost constantly since the clay season started.

Dh keeps saying he wants to go to Ikea. We haven't been since exactly a week before everything went into lockdown last March. It's a long way to go, for freezer bags, but I like their's best .

I thought sliders were a kind of food, so that's my New Thing Learned Today.

Mugs was so unsettled in that last service game. Hope she's OK.

I've kind of missed Ikea. .

We will spend half an hour, discussing the shelves that we want to get to replace all the bookcases I'm desperate to empty/ get rid of. But I fel guilty about all the books. And don't know what to with them.

We have been doing this for 5 years, and haven't bought anything yet. The bookcases are still a dumping ground for everything.

Grouchy I think burgers are sometimes called sliders - mine were just slip on shoe things that I wore around the house/garden - it really freaked me out how small they went!
