Hi all,

This is @StillCoughingandLaughing. My account got deleted because someone accused me of racism and, even though her accusations were removed, the fact that I fought back was apparently worse than making false allegations in the first place. Hence no more account.

I just wanted to say how much I’ve enjoyed talking Corrie with you all Smile I’m sorry that it’s over. All the best to anyone who sees this before it’s deleted x

Nope. Paul/Todd don't have to be a believer. And while Billy might be expected to behave "morally" he is allowed a private life.
I know Vicars who are married/divorced/single/gay/have fwb. Although I doubt the diocese knew about the last one!

That was a nasty fall that Will had. Ouch! I really hope Todd gets his comeuppance. Billy really thinks he's an amazing catch, doesn't he? Saying that Paul was 'grieving' over their relationship ending.
And I'm glad that Sam is happy now that he can see Nick again!

That’s right hence the we want stay on tiny flat instead. It would worked better have big house and be half way homeless point then characters could come and go not have to be in it for 20 years or not at all.

I'd love a Corrie Old Heads Hallucinogenic Spin-Off. It could be on the eve of Billy and Todd's nuptials. Billy gets visited by the ghost of Archbishop Thomas Cranmer dancing with Pope Joan, played by old heads Todd and Summer.

Maybe that's a bit niche though.

Even as an archdeacon, wouldn’t you expect Billy to attend church occasionally, if only to worship? I don’t think I’ve heard him even mention going to church.

Yup. He doesn’t have preach anymore he did few weeks ago mention he done some holiday cover. But clergy would want to go and worship some point in the week. He prefers having the weekends off

Yes, that's why I'm a bit dubious about his relationships when he was holding the Arch deacon position and yes, surely he would be worshiping and encouraging Summer to attend church etc

I think he’s more her legal guardian and bringing her up how his old friend would have. She’s never mentioned religion or had discussion with Billy about it has she. Presume she’s already decided not to bother
