I hope they don't break up Alyia and Ryan. They work well together as a couple and were especially good during the Yasmine/Geoff crisis.

Yes I like Ryan and Aliya as a couple, nice to see her eyeing him up when he was in his pants, normal coupley type thing to do. Not getting pregnant after 5 mins/ cheating on each other or anything else stupid. Please keep them as a nice normal couple!

Izzy is getting on my nerves. She doesn't seem to be very professional when she is constantly hanging up.

Is it at all remotely possible we may be seeing the last of Izzy? Giving jake to Gary and quitting her job??? It’s too exciting to contemplate

No we are going to examine appropriate ways to accommodate her disability. I hope, because that would be a sensible thing to do.

Aliya got over the loss of her previous boyfriend, whoever he was.

After dating Gary, she then went out with Luke whose life was tragically cut short by Pat Phelan. She did mope about for a while after that.

What's happened to Jake? Is he still with Izzy? Has he had contact with Gary? It's as if he's been forgotten about.

And how do we think Jake and Liam will get along? I can't remember the age difference, but they're both used to being an only child ...

I'd fire Izzy if I was Carla - totally unprofessional, the way she's acting, cutting off the Zoom calls, being daft. Did I imagine this, but isn't Fizz supposed to be on the machines at Knicker World, or whatever it is? Didn't little thingy talk Sarah into giving her a job? Why do we only see her sulking and stalking Ty, or hanging around waiting for Maria to show up for a drink and a fun night out in the Bistro? Why is Izzy suddenly key to getting orders Jo LaMarone, or whatever she's called?

David was great - I love him. So funny with Gail. And I thought of you lot and your reactions when Audrey gave Gail the hair kit, going away pressie - I thought they'll be laughing at this and thinking, "You'll need more than than a few clips and some straighteners love."

I can't stand Billy- I really don't get how he has one guy after him, let alone two fighting over him! I hate the way he is with Summer, with his constant "Do what I want you to do- agreed?" and treating her like a young child. I like Paul and I hope he finds himself someone much nicer

Billy makes absolutely no sense as a character. His history, let alone the fact he never works, would make him totally unsuitable for an archdeacon role. He adopted his long forgotten ex partners daughter, and fought her actual grandmother for custody. Would never happen. His attraction to Todd? No way. Billy is so anxious and righteous and Todd has behaved so badly and is just so arrogant. There’s no way Billy would go for Todd.

Summer gets on my nerves too! So drippy she said she missed Paul then was all happy about billy and Todd getting engaged.

Talking of professionalism, what about Sarah accusing her business partner of ‘poor management skills’ in front of the staff and in the middle of the pub? Just your everyday senior management meeting 🙄

I’d also forgotten Sarah worked in the Rovers for quite a while. That never really worked, did it?

I think with Izzy they're showing a true picture of what the Lockdown may have done to some people. I'm sure there will be people out there who have got used to working from home and are anxious about have to social with work mates or with anyone for that matter.

My husband has a colleague who is working remotely from another country and lives in an isolated cottage. He is thinking of taking early retirement, he is terrified of returning to work.
Izzy has Jake, would he have been in school? If Gary was in prison did she have any support?

I would love to see a spider chart of who worked /lived where. Who were related /had children/affairs with whom. Who got kidnapped/shot at etc

Yes, seems to be a WFH issue-led storyline involving Izzy. However, it's not really reflective of the general issue if you think about it, because she clearly hasn't been able to work effectively even from home.
